hello,

I try to install ISA server 2006 w/ Web proxy feature only.

During the wizard, i cannot select this component i assume is a built-in w/ firewall service.

I image to stop firewall service after the installation or to use the remove  REMOVE=MSFirewall_Services in the unattended file during the reinstall process.

Is it the right way to proceed ?

Contrairement à la version ISA 2000 qui proposait 3 modes d'installation différents (mode cache, mode pare-feu et mode intégré), ISA Server 2006 ne propose qu'un seul mode d'installation.

Pour faire fonctionner ISA Server 2006 en mode proxy cache uniquement, il suffit de l'installer sur une machine serveur équipé d'une carte réseau unique.

Votre serveur est équipé d’une ou plusieurs cartes réseau ?

Unlike the ISA 2000 which offers 3 different installation modes (proxy, firewall mode and integrated mode), ISA Server 2006 have only a single installation mode.
To run ISA Server 2006 with web proxy mode only, just install it on a server equipped with a single network card.
 
in your case your server is equipped with one or more network cards?

I have only one NIC card.

So you say if this is the case the setup wizard will not allow me to install firewall services ?
